Day One!! Here is to less of me...

I have started this blog to track my weight loss from 220 lbs to 170lbs.  I have been told by my doctor that this must be done over the next year to avoid issues with my liver (Plus give up alchohol as well).  I am a thirty something consultant who works quite a bit and had given up day to day exercise since it didn't fit into my time schedule.  I have no choice but, do it now.  Hopefully one day I will look back at this and think it was the best thing I ever did.
